Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Fastify Canada LTD ("Fastify") handles information on fastify.ca and auditor.fastify.ca.

Chat

You can chat with Fastify AI without an account. Your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal, health or financial information in the chat. We do not use chat content for advertising or tracking.

Website checks

When you ask us to check a website, our crawler fetches a limited number of publicly accessible pages of that site. We do not access password-protected areas. Results describe only the pages we could scan and may be incomplete. Public website excerpts may be sent to our AI provider to analyze content.

Accounts and website verification

To request a website audit you sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. We store your email address, how you signed in, and when. To confirm your connection to a website, we may send a code to an email address at that website's domain, or ask you to describe your relationship with the business for manual review. Verifying an email address shows access to that inbox; it is not a legal determination of ownership.

We email the completed report link to the verified address. Reports are private to the person who requested them (and anyone they or Fastify explicitly authorize). We use this information only to provide the audit and related service messages, not for advertising.

Data retention

Our retention periods are being finalized and will be published here before public launch.

Your choices
